Military lawyers of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan discuss issues of legal support for activities of armed forces

A working meeting of representatives of the legal support bodies of the defense departments of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan was held in Astana, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In order to exchange information, the parties got acquainted with the structure of the legal service of the defense departments. They discussed issues of legal support, rule-making and law enforcement practice of the armed forces. Aspects of training and advanced training of military lawyers were also touched upon.

The Kazakh side acquainted foreign colleagues with the current system of social security for military personnel and with measures aimed at increasing the prestige of military service with the expansion of the social package for military personnel and their families.

Foreign guests also got acquainted with the sights of the Kazakh capital, visited the EXPO and the Baiterek monument.
