Meeting on modernization of markets held in Almaty

In the building of the Republican House of Friendship, under the chairmanship of the First Vice-Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shakkaliev Arman Abayevich, together with the Deputy akim of Almaty city Abdikadyrov Alisher Elisovich, a working meeting was held with the owners of markets on the modernization of markets, El.kz reports citing the press service of the ministry.

The meeting was attended by heads of territorial state bodies, local executive bodies, as well as owners of markets in Almaty.

During the working meeting, problematic issues on the modernization of markets, subsidizing the interest rate of banks, the timing of the modernization of markets, the lack of parking spaces adjacent to the territory of the markets were discussed.

Currently, out of 44 markets in Almaty, 15 markets are subject to modernization.

After listening to all the questions and suggestions voiced by the owners of the markets, Arman Abayevich stressed the importance of such meetings for the prompt resolution of emerging issues.
