The composition of the National Commission was renewed by the Decree of the Head of State K. Tokayev and headed by the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Tazhin.
At the meeting of the Commission were considered the results of implementation of Rukhani zhangyru program and articles of Yelbasy "Seven facets of the Great Steppe", as well as plans for new projects.
As noted, opening the meeting, State Secretary Marat Tazhin, for the past two years, a great deal of work has been done, the main purpose of which is to modernize the public and historical consciousness.
The Kazakh alphabet based on the Latin alphabet has been approved. Within the framework of the project "Tugan zher" 27 schools, 115 kindergartens, 479 objects of social infrastructure were constructed on the means of patrons of art. For the first time in the national history, 48 best world textbooks on economics, sociology, political science, psychology, philosophy, anthropology and other branches of science have been translated from foreign languages into Kazakh and published. In 2019-2020, the humanitarian knowledge fund of the country will be supplemented with 30 more books. Also prepared for publication and this year will be published in 6 UN languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) Anthology of prose and poetry of modern Kazakh writers and poets. The project "Sacral Kazakhstan" is being successfully implemented: 28 historical objects have been restored, new museums-reserves "Bozok", "Botay", "Sarayshyk" have been created. At the stage of active implementation are the projects within the framework of the article "Seven facets of the Great Steppe" by Yelbasy.

State Secretary Marat Tazhin emphasized the need to intensify the work on further implementation of the program "Rukhani zhangyru" and gave a number of instructions, the execution of which will be under constant control of the relevant departments of the Executive Office of the President and the National Commission.
