Medalist of Olympic Games in Tokyo cast his vote in political elections

The bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in Tokyo Darkhan Asadilov voted at the polling station No. 228 in Shymkent, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the akim of Shymkent.

At the polling station located in the library of al-Farabi, 2118 voters are registered. The famous athlete noted that he participates in all elections, and today's voting is of great importance.

"Athletes take an active part in every political event. Even when we are abroad, we do not stay out of the elections. Today's elections will contribute to the further development and growth of the potential of the new Kazakhstan. Therefore, I urge citizens to vote at their polling stations," Asadilov said.
