Two fan-favorite brands, LEGO and Pokemon, have teamed up for the first time to bring Pokémon trainer sets inspired by some of the franchise’s most iconic characters. The brand new sets include three Pokémon sets that fans can use to build five LEGO Pokémon, El.kz cites Yahoo.
The toy brand will launch three sets, namely, LEGO Pokémon Pikachu and Poké Ball, LEGO Pokémon Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise, and LEGO Pokémon Eevee. The five Pokémon fans can build with these sets are Pikachu, Evee, Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. Additionally, they can also make a Poké-Ball.
“The set lets fans recreate one of the most iconic scenes from the franchise: Pikachu jumping out of the Poké Ball ready for battle. The brick-built Pikachu showcases this beloved Pokémon in a dynamic pose, leaping out from a Poké Ball.”
It also mentioned that it is a 2,050-piece set and includes a black, lightning-rod–shaped base with crackling energy bursting from the Poké Ball as Pikachu emerges. The set will also feature numerous Easter Eggs, such as “25” on the base, representing Pikachu’s Pokédex number. It is priced at $199.99.
The biggest among these is the LEGO Pokémon Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise set, which features over 6,838 pieces. The figures are authentic as they capture the original designs. The action base can serve as a platform for all three Pokémon together as well as individually. The biomes of these Pokémon have inspired the design details on the action base. This giant set is worth $649.99.
