In the final match Alexander in a persistent struggle defeated the world's No. 7 Russian Andrey Rublev, 6:3, 3:6, 6:3. The tie was held on grass and lasted 1 hour 35 minutes. Rublev aced 21 times and realized two break points out of six, El.kz cites ktf.kz.

The Kazakh won his second major ATP title in singles and his first ATP-500 tournament title. 

Bublik climbed to a record 26th place in the ATP live rankings. Prior to that, Alexander's highest ranking was 30th, which he climbed in February 2022.

Bulat Utemuratov, the President of the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation, congratulated Alexander Bublik on his victory and commented on his success: «Congratulations to Alexander Bublik on the next step in his tennis career - the first ATP 500 title! Sasha achieved a great victory for himself and for the development of tennis in our country, as a role model for the younger generation. On the way to the finals he defeated strong opponents, and in the final, with maximum effort, he defeated world's No.7 Andrey Rublev.
