17-year-old Kazakhstani Alan Kurmangaliyev, claimed gold in the U19 final of the WTT Youth Contender Dammam 2024 in Saudi Arabia, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the NOC.
He defeated Murtadha Abu Abdullah, Abdulelah Alkhamis, and Ali Altaher. Alan also confidently coped with the strongest representatives of India, defeating Sarth Mishra, Modi and Ankur Bhattacha.
