A Kazakhstani citizen handled his own US investor visa application, spending only $20 for a ChatGPT subscription instead of hiring a lawyer. His story has quickly gone viral on social media, El.kz reports.

The young entrepreneur from Kazakhstan opened a podcast studio in Florida and invested approximately $100,000 in the business. This qualified him for a visa that allows him to live and work in America.

The most remarkable part of the story is that he compiled the entire document package himself using artificial intelligence.

"I invested $100,000 and didn't want to spend another 8,000–30,000 on lawyers. So, I bought a $20 GPT subscription and prepared the entire case myself," he shared.

The process took five months. At the consulate in Almaty, he was asked only three questions before his visa was approved. A week later, he flew to Miami.

Currently, the Kazakhstani is successfully growing his studio, where celebrities, athletes, and high-profile figures come to record podcasts.

He also offered advice to future immigrants: it is essential to have a financial safety net for at least a year so that you don't spend all your time just trying to survive, but can instead invest it in development and networking.
