Kazakhstan names new vice minister of trade and integration

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Arman Shakkaliyev was appointed to the post of First Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Born in 1977 in Karaganda region, Arman Shakkaliyev graduated from the Eurasian University named after L.N. Gumilyov, Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov, Kostanay Engineering and Economic University named after M. Dulatov.
He began his career as a legal adviser of JSC "Agency for Reorganization and Liquidation of Enterprises" in Astana and Akmola region.
In 2019-2020, Shakkaliev Arman held the position of Chairman of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.From November 2020 to the present, he was a Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Competition and Antitrust Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow.
