Kazakhstan invests 47 billion tenge in telecom sector

In Kazakhstan, in the period 2020-2021, record investment inflows into the telecom sector were observed: 140.9 billion and 128.6 billion tenge, El.kz reports with reference to Ranking.kz.
For the first half of this year, the volume of investments in fixed assets in the field of information and communications in Kazakhstan amounted to 46.9 billion tenge.
The share of Internet users aged 6 years and older in Kazakhstan in 2021 amounted to 90.9% of the total population, which is higher compared to previous years: in 2020 - 85.9%, in 2019 - 81.9%.
