Kazakhstan approves instruction on lump-sum compensation for accidents
The Ministry of Defence has drafted an Instruction on the payment of lump-sum compensation in the event of the death (death) of a serviceman during his military service or a person liable for military service, if he is found to be disabled or if he is injured in the performance of military service, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The normative legal act regulates the procedure for receiving, completing documents and receiving lump-sum compensation by heirs and military personnel themselves. It also establishes an algorithm for the actions of local military authorities, as well as military units and subdivisions where military personnel served.
The instruction is approved by the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The full text of the draft document can be found on the e-government portal in the section "Open legal acts" until July 26 of this year.
