Kazakhstan and Bangladesh held consular consultations on introduction of visa-free regime

The first consular consultations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of Bangladesh took via a videoconference. The Kazakh side was headed by the Director of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bauyrzhan Akatayev, while the delegation of Bangladesh was headed by the Director General of the Department of Eastern Europe and CIS of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sikder Bodirazzaman, El.kz cites MFA.
The parties confirmed their intention to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in the bilateral format by signing an intergovernmental agreement on exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and official passports as soon as possible.
