The Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan has approved the list of Kazakh observers heading to the early presidential elections in Azerbaijan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the CEC.

Early presidential elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for February 7. According to the legislation of the country, the president of the republic is elected for a term of 7 years, and one person can hold the post of head of state for an unlimited number of terms.
