During the Digital Bridge 2025 forum, government bodies, major companies, international technology parks, and organizations signed 41 documents aimed at advancing IT innovation, El.kz reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan.

“During the forum, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed memorandums with leading international companies, including Freedom Bank Kazakhstan, Yandex Qazaqstan, Binance, and 3D Global Limited, as well as several national organizations such as Samruk-Energo JSC. The documents are aimed at developing digital finance and modernizing the country’s digital infrastructure,” the ministry stated.

One of the forum’s key events was the signing of an agreement between Astana Hub and the Chinese company UNITREE, a global leader in robotics. The parties agreed to open a robotics laboratory in Astana based at the alem.ai Artificial Intelligence Center.

Another major outcome of Digital Bridge 2025 was the partnership between Astana Hub and the global analytical platform StartupBlink. For the first time, Kazakhstan ranked first among Central Asian countries in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2025, while Astana Hub was recognized as the Top Startup Hub in Central Asia. The two sides agreed to jointly develop the startup ecosystem, exchange expertise, and promote Kazakh IT companies in international markets.

In total, Astana Hub signed seven memorandums. Among them was an agreement with the Turkish Habitat Association, which leads GEN Türkiye and is part of the global entrepreneurship network GEN Global, uniting 178 countries. The document provides for experience exchange, entrepreneur support, and enhanced cooperation between the innovation ecosystems of Kazakhstan and Turkey, opening new market opportunities for startups.

In addition, a memorandum was signed with Zhumabek Tashenov University, allowing students to access Astana Hub programs, participate in accelerators, and develop practical innovation skills.

Another forum highlight was the collaboration between Biometric.Vision, a resident of Astana Hub, and the global transport and urban services platform inDrive.

The new project involves integrating  AI and computer vision solutions, which experts say will enhance platform safety and become a key driver of its technological growth.
