Kazakhstan-Indonesia friendship society created in Jakarta
A Roundtable was held at the National Library of Indonesia, dedicated to the creation of the “Kazakhstan-Indonesia Friendship Society,” with the aim of deepening mutual understanding, strengthening cultural, humanitarian, scientific, educational, and business ties between the peoples of the two countries, El.kz cites MFA.
The ceremonial event was attended by representatives of government agencies, public-political, academic, expert circles, and the business community of Indonesia.
In his speech, Kazakh Ambassador Serzhan Abdykarimov, explained in detail to the Society’s members about the successes and achievements in the development of the Kazakh-Indonesian partnership, significant milestones and key moments in Kazakhstan’s history, and the large-scale political and socio-economic transformation process in our country under the “Listening State” concept to build a Just Kazakhstan. The Kazakh diplomat emphasized the great potential and favorable opportunities for expanding economic and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Indonesia in various fields.
In his video address, Indonesian Ambassador in Astana, Fadjroel Rachman, congratulated the guests on the creation of the Friendship Society and expressed confidence that its activities would strengthen diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties between the two countries.
On behalf of the Indonesian people, participants warmly congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on Republic Day, noting the significance of the establishment of the Friendship Society as a landmark event in the history of bilateral relations. Society members highly praised Kazakhstan’s comprehensive modernization and socio-economic development process, offering concrete areas for collaboration in mutually beneficial fields.
