The men’s epee fencing team from Kazakhstan performed well at the World Cup, which was held in Vancouver, El.kz reports citing Olympic.kz.
In the team competition, fencers from Kazakhstan took sixth place. The victory in this competition was won by the Japanese team, the second place went to the Italian national team, and the bronze was won by the Venezuelan team.
Kazakhstani Ruslan Kurbanov took tenth place in individual fencing on the epee.
