Kazakhstan discusses agreement with Economic Cooperation Organization

Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ilyas Userov held a meeting with Deputy Head and Senior Economist of the Department of Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance of the OECD Hans Christiansen, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The parties discussed the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, including technical and analytical support.

In addition, participants discussed upcoming events and work plans for Kazakhstan's accession to the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance. Since 2022, together with OECD experts, a number of seminars have been held in this direction.
