The Head of State appointed Assan Zhussupov as the Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces of Kazakhstan, El.kz cites the Akorda press service.
The Head of State relieved Talgat Koibakov from his duties as the Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces of Kazakhstan.
