Kazakhstan and Luxembourg maintain dynamics of multifaceted cooperation

As part of his working visit to Luxembourg, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgium and Luxembourg Margulan Baimukhan held separate meetings with the diplomatic adviser to the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, as well as the owners of “Rotarex”, El.kz cites MFA.

Ambassador Baimukhan thanked the Luxembourg side for the fruitful meeting between the Prime Minister of Luxembourg Luc Frieden and the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu during his official visit to Luxembourg in October this year. Special attention was paid to the upcoming political and economic events. The Kazakh diplomat invited the Luxembourg leadership to take part in the Astana International Forum in May 2025. Margulan Baimukhan also told the Luxembourg politician about the development of relations between Kazakhstan and the European Union, thus noting the expansion of cooperation in the field of critical raw materials, green energy and the efficient use of transport and transit potential.

At a meeting with the board of «Rotarex», approaches to establishing business ties between the Luxembourg company and Kazakh economic entities in the production and sale of valves, fire safety systems in various industries were discussed. An agreement was reached to organize negotiations between the Luxembourg company and large manufacturing enterprises in Kazakhstan.
