Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Tumysh met with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran Majid Samazadeh Saber, El.kz news agency reports with reference to the press service of Kazakh MFA.
During the meeting , the parties discussed practical aspects of cooperation in the political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres, agreed to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. It was agreed to continue joint work on the implementation of the results of the 18th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Iran, held on January 25 this year.
In addition, the sides expressed their readiness to continue close cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, primarily within the framework of the UN, OIC, CICA, SCO and ECO.
