Kazakhstan and Estonia join efforts to cooperate in field of culture and sports

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Estonia Altay Kulginov met with the Minister of Culture of Estonia Heidy Purga. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for deepening bilateral cooperation, focusing on organizing joint cultural and sports events, El.kz cites MFA.

Ambassador Kulginov emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the two countries in the sphere of culture and sports, noting that this is one of the key elements that contribute to the development of mutual understanding and respect between people.

For her part, Minister Purga expressed interest in expanding the cultural dialogue with Kazakhstan, and thanked for participation in the Estonian “Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival 2024”, within the framework of which a Kazakh film was selected for one of the nominations.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue efforts to strengthen ties in the field of culture and sports
