Kazakhstan and China to create a logistics park

Akim of Abai region met with a delegation from the Government of Bayan City of the People's Republic of China. At the meeting, prospects for bilateral cooperation in agriculture, manufacturing industry, issues of cooperation in the field of logistics, industry and the creation of the Kazakh-Chinese logistics park were discussed, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the akimat of the Abai region.

Recently, Akim of the region Abai Nurlan Urankhayev met with the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, Mr. Ma Xingruy on the sidelines of the 2nd Friendly Dialogue of Cross-Border Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China.

- We discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation. I proposed to expand partnerships in agriculture, green energy, e-commerce and manufacturing. For its part, the regional akimat will provide support to potential investors, - said akim of the region Abai Nurlan Urankhaev.
