Kazakhstan Ambassador meets with Speaker of Albanian Parliament

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Albania Iskander Aisariyev held a meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania Elisa Spiropali,El.kz cites MFA.

During the conversation, the parties discussed prospects for strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation and emphasized the importance of bilateral relations. Special attention was paid to the creation of a Friendship Group between the Parliaments of Kazakhstan and Albania, which will be a significant step in developing political dialogue and organizing reciprocal visits of parliamentary leadership.

Speaker Spiropali welcomed the opening of Kazakhstan’s Embassy in Tirana, expressing confidence that this event would give a new impetus to the development of bilateral ties. She confirmed Albania’s readiness for active cooperation within international parliamentary organizations and support for joint initiatives.

For his part, Ambassador Aisariyev highlighted the potential for expanding economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries. The prospects for implementing joint projects in trade, investment, tourism, and education were discussed.

The sides expressed interest in organizing cultural events to promote the rich heritage and traditions of both nations.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on joint work on the further development of Kazakh-Albanian inter-parliamentary cooperation.
