Kazakh PM instructs to ensure high-quality implementation of President's Address
According to him, the plan is aimed at solving urgent problems for the population and business.
Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov announced a number of instructions regarding the implementation of the Address of the Head of State, El.kz reports.
"The presented draft National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State covers all the tasks set by the President," Alikhan Smailov said at a government meeting.
According to him, the plan is aimed at solving urgent problems for the population and business, such as price regulation, tax and customs administration, simplification of budget processes, support for entrepreneurship, construction of roads, ensuring the rule of law and the quality of justice, strengthening public security.
"An important part of the plan is to ensure comprehensive and systemic measures for social development, health care and education. In general, the implementation of the Plan's activities in five key areas will ensure the qualitative development of the economy and improve the well-being of the population," the Prime Minister said.
The Head of the Cabinet of Ministers instructed all state bodies and akimats to immediately begin its implementation.
"The first heads of state bodies should ensure high-quality and timely implementation of the plan's activities," Smailov added.
