Tennis player from Kazakhstan Zhibek Kulambayeva held a second-round match at the clay tournament in Antalya, Turkey, El.kz reports with reference to Sports.kz.
Tennis player from Kazakhstan defeated Greek athlete Eleni Cordolaimi (927th racket of the world) in two sets with score of 7:6, 6:3. Kulambayeva is the first seed of the Turkish tournament.
In the quarterfinals, the Kazakhstani tennis player will meet with the winner of the Italian-Russian pair Rizzeto - Sukhotina.
