Kazakh short track skaters enters quarterfinals

Kazakh short track speed skaters demonstrated impressive results, overcoming a distance of 500 meters and successfully reaching the quarterfinals,  El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture.

Among the successful Kazakh participants who passed the qualifying tests are Polina Omelchuk, Anastasiya Astrakhantseva and Meirzhan Tolegen. Their confident performances allowed them to advance to the quarterfinals, where they will have to fight for a place on the podium.

Polina Omelchuk showed an impressive time of 45.230 seconds, Anastasiya Astrakhantseva and Meirzhan Tolegen also demonstrated their skills with results of 45.832 and 43.517 seconds, respectively.

It is also necessary to note the participation of Yerasyl Shyngyskhan, who took part in the competition, although, unfortunately, it was not possible to make it to the quarterfinals.
