The Head of State sent a telegram of condolences to the King of Spain Felipe VI upon the natural disaster which resulted in numerous casualties, El.kz news agency reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.
The Head of State on his own behalf and behalf of the people of Kazakhstan expressed deepest condolences and wished those injured speedy recovery
