Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the Prime Minister, the head of the Presidential Administration, law enforcement leaders and akims to take urgent measures to ensure the security of the main military and civilian facilities in connection with the escalation around Ukraine, El.kz news agency reports.
"For our state, the main strategic goal is to maintain stability, tranquility, law and order," Berik Uali said.
