Kazakh Ministry of Health discusses norms of official ethics

In the first half of January this year, meetings of the Commissioner for Ethics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the teams of territorial departments of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control and the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control were held, El.kz reports.

The Commissioner for Ethics of the Ministry on situational examples, taking into account the analysis of disciplinary, administrative practice for 2022, focused on compliance with the norms of official ethics in social networks, when conducting telephone conversations with citizens, providing public services, in the implementation of control and supervisory functions, going on business trips, as well as developing anti-corruption behavior skills in case of a conflict of interest.

According to the results of an anonymous survey conducted in the territorial departments of departments on compliance with the norms of the Code of Ethics by civil servants, the Ethics Commissioner gave recommendations on improving the state of the moral and psychological climate in the teams, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
