Kazakh-Korean Innovation Center opened at Ualikhanov University

The opening of the Kazakh-Korean regional innovation center took place at Ualikhanov University, El.kz reports citing  the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This important event, which unites the activity of the two countries in the field of innovation and education, will be the main catalyst for the development of innovative projects, academic research and exchange of experience between Kazakhstan and South Korea.

The mission of the center is to stimulate regional economic progress, provide a platform for the development of unique skills of young people, promote technological progress and strengthen cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Korea.

Students who will study at Woosong University, and those studying in Global and Hospitality Management in partnership with Endicott College, can now participate not only in summer schools, but also in scientific and industrial internships as part of this program.

In addition, double degree programs are being developed for students participating in the Kazakh-Korean Innovation Center, which will allow them to receive two important diplomas from Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov and Woosong University.
