Kazakh delegation visited CLAAS plant in Germany for cooperation in agricultural machinery
On October 13, 2023, a Kazakh delegation headed by Vice Minister of Industry and Construction Ilyas Ospanov visited the CLAAS plant in Harzwinkel, Germany, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the CLAAS plant, various components are assembled and painted, including cleaning systems, primary and secondary grain separation, as well as grain bins. It should be noted that the combine harvesters produced at this plant include up to 15,000 individual components, making them some of the most sophisticated agricultural machines in the world.
The complexities of production planning, logistics of parts supply, basic assembly and assembly are a major challenge for the manufacturer, especially given the wide range of basic versions and additional functions and options offered by CLAAS combines.
The Kazakh delegation actively got acquainted with the production processes and new technologies used by the company in production.
This event highlights the importance of cooperation between Kazakhstan and CLAAS in the development of agriculture and the production of agricultural machinery, which contributes to the strengthening of partnerships between the two countries.
