Kassym-Jomart Tokayev takes part in opening of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in the opening ceremony of the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Week (ADSW) Summit and the Zayed Sustainability Prize ceremony,El.kz reports citing Akorda.

President of the UAE Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as well as the Prime Ministers of Malaysia, New Zealand and Finland also attended the events.

The Forum focuses on stimulating investment in green technologies, renewable energy and finding innovative solutions to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Within the framework of the summit, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is expected to address the participants and share Kazakhstan's vision in the field of sustainable development and promotion of a green economy.
