Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram of condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the human casualties as a result of the terrorist act in Ankara, El.kz reports with reference to Akorda.
Tokayev expressed deep sorrow over the traged and wishing the wish a speedy recovery to all those injured.
