Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram of condolences to French President Emmanuel Macron in connection with the numerous human casualties caused by cyclone which hit Mayotte, El.kz reports with reference to Akorda.
The Head of State expressed deep condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to all the victims.
