The opening ceremony of the IV Asian Para Games themed as “Hearts Meet, Dreams Shine” took place at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium, also known as the Big Lotus, El.kz reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
Zhangali Suyeuov, silver medalist of the Asian Volleyball Championships, and Altynay Yerzhankyzy, international para table tennis champion, were honored to carry the Flag of Kazakhstan.
