Investment projects worth 104 bln tenge implemented in Kostanay

According to the key indicators of the region's development, the city of Kostanay provides 59% of the volume of industrial production, 33% of the regional volume of investments in fixed assets, 68.9% of commissioned housing, 37.1% of construction work, 64.9% of retail trade and 81.1% of wholesale turnover, El.kz reports with reference to the regional akimat.

According to the results of 11 months of this year, the volume of industrial production amounted to 1 trillion 419 billion tenge, the physical volume index is 120.9% to the level of 2022.

For 11 months of this year, the state budget received 183.6 billion tenge, including 70.9 billion tenge to the city budget, the plan was fulfilled by 109.7%. Expenses, including transfers and loans, amounted to 103.9 billion tenge or 99.3% of the plan.

During the period of implementation of the state program of industrial and innovative development, within the framework of the Entrepreneurship Support Map, 34 projects were implemented in the city with a total investment of 104.3 billion tenge, more than 3 thousand jobs were created.

Outside the Map, it is planned to implement 23 projects with a total cost of 466.5 billion tenge with a commissioning period of 2024-2025 with the creation of 6 thousand jobs.

The volume of investments for 11 months of this year amounted to 146 billion tenge, IPV - 117.9%. The main share is accounted for by private investments - 69.8% (101.9 billion tenge), budget investments are 30.2% (44 billion tenge). There are more than 31,000 small and medium-sized businesses with over 78,000 employees in the city. In the structure of tax revenues, more than half falls on medium and small businesses - 55%.
