Interactive catalog of literature for Kazakh schools presented in Kazakh Ministry of Education
In response to the President's order to create the Children's Literature program, the Republican Scientific and Pedagogical Library of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented the Interactive Catalog of Children's Fiction, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Education.
The platform Bookfund.gov.kz created for educational institutions in Kazakhstan. This is an extensive database of books in electronic format, which includes different eras and genres of Kazakh literature. Now the developers are improving the functions of the catalog, and soon users will be able to register on the platform and get acquainted with the full range.
In addition, since the beginning of the school year, several webinars have been held for employees of educational institutions and school librarians on how to register on the Bookfund.gov.kz platform. This system will provide an opportunity to learn about the popularity of specific books in different regions of the country.
