President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the newly Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina on her historic victory at the British Open, El.kz reports.
"Kazakhstani tennis player Elena Rybakina won a historic victory at the most prestigious Wimbledon tournament. From the bottom of my heart I congratulate the outstanding athlete!", - Tokayev wrote on Twitter.
