President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Paul Kagame on the Independence Day of the Republic of Rwanda, El.kz reports citing the press service of Aqorda.

"We consider your country one of our reliable and important partners on the African continent. In this regard, I note with particular satisfaction that the relations of friendship and mutual understanding between Kazakhstan and Rwanda are built on a solid foundation and have great potential," the telegram reads.
