The Kazakh President congratulated Tô Lâm on Tết – the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, El.kz cites Akorda.
In his telegram, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that Kazakhstan considers Vietnam an important partner in Southeast Asia and attaches great importance to bringing bilateral cooperation to a qualitatively new level.
The Head of State wished the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam success in his responsible work and wished the Vietnamese people peace and prosperity.
