Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visits MODEX Astana

Kazakh Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited  the enterprise for production of reinforced concrete constructions  MODEX Astana , El.kz reports citing the Akorda press service.

MODEX Astana, a subsidiary of BI Group, has been operating since 2020 and currently employs 360 people. The cost of the project is 16 billion tenge.

The company uses innovative technologies of industrial-modular construction.

According to the chairman of the board of directors of BI Group, Aidyn Rakhimbayev, modular housing construction can significantly reduce the time for the construction of various types of structures, reduce their cost and, therefore, contributes to the affordability of housing for a wide range of citizens.

This technology can be used not only in the construction of houses, cottages and residential complexes, but also in the construction of social infrastructure facilities.

Since its foundation, the company has already built facilities with a total area of over 200 thousand square meters using this technology.
