President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram of condolences to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the death of people in terrorist attack in Pahalgam, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.
The Head of State strongly condemned this act of violence and wished a speedy recovery to all the victims.
