Kasym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the Amal holiday, El.kz cites Akorda.
"Since ancient times, people have been looking forward to this day of spring awakening. Calling for unity and harmony, the holiday serves as a vivid embodiment of the traditional responsiveness of our people. May the new year be blessed!” the President wrote on his Twitter page.
