By order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Daulet Mamekov was appointed to the post of General Director of Aviation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Kazaviaspas", El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Daulet Mamekov was born in 1976 in Almaty.
In 1998, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management, and in 2012 from the Academy of Civil Aviation.
He began his career in 1998 as a flight manager in the national airline for special applications "Euro-Asia Air".
