Gabidulla Ospankulov appointed First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government of Kazakhstan
Ospankulov Gabidulla is appointed First Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a government decree, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his appointment, Gabidulla Abdullauly held the position of Head of the Department of State Control and Organizational and Territorial Work of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has extensive experience in various government agencies and bodies, including positions such as Chief Consultant of the Office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Deputy Akim of the city of Ekibastuz.
Ospankulov Gabidulla was born on July 13, 1981 in the village of Koksaek, Shymkent region, Kazakh USSR. He speaks Kazakh, Russian and English. Gabidullah's education includes degrees in law and economics from the Kazakh State Law University and the Kazakh-Russian University, respectively, as well as studies at the University of Birmingham, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and other institutions.
For his service, Gabidulla was awarded various state and international awards, including the medals "10 years of the Parliament of Kazakhstan" and "20 years of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Ospankulov Gabidulla, being a figure with extensive experience and education, will now contribute to the work of the Government Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, applying his knowledge and experience for the development of the country.
