Founder of YouTube project "D Billions" shares secrets of success

At the first Central Asian Media Forum in Astana, the founder of the YouTube project "D Billions" Ernist Umetaliev spoke, El.kz reports.

In his speech at the panel session "Creative industry as an element of social transformation", he spoke about his project. 

On its YouTube channel, a group of bloggers produces songs and entertainment videos for preschool children. The group members tell children about the letters of the alphabet, teach new words and show dance moves that the baby will easily repeat.

"The first video for the English-language segment of YouTube was published in August 2019. Before that, we worked only for our viewers, but at a certain point we decided to go to a new level.  For two years, my friends and I discussed and studied YouTube. Now our audience is only growing.  On YouTube, we have 13 channels in different languages. In total, we have 35 billion views in total. Now we are working on the creation of a special educational application for children," Ernist Umetaliev said.
