Foreign Ministries of Kazakhstan and Belarus hold meeting

Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu met with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov, who arrived in Kazakhstan on his first working visit,El.kz reports.

During the meeting, the head of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan congratulated his counterpart on his appointment, as well as on the past national holiday - the Independence Day of Belarus and the accession of the Republic of Belarus to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) as a new member.

The parties discussed topical issues of Kazakh-Belarusian cooperation, as well as the schedule of upcoming international events at the highest and high levels.

Following the conversation, the dynamics of the development of bilateral cooperation in the entire range of areas was highly appreciated and the intention to continue close cooperation at the level of foreign ministries was confirmed.
