Foreign leaders congratulate Kazakhstan on Independence Day
Foreign leaders and heads of international organizations send their letters of congratulations to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the occasion of Kazakhstan’s Independence Day,El.kz reports with reference to Akorda.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the Kazakh people and expressed confidence in further strengthening good-neighborly and allied relations between the two countries:

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov noted Kazakhstan's successes in state-building and economic development:
"I firmly believe that the relations between our countries, built on centuries-old friendship and strategic partnership, will only grow stronger.
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon stressed the importance of deepening bilateral cooperation:
We attach great importance to the development of mutually beneficial relations and ready to take concrete steps in the interests of both states.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of the recent visit of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Ashgabat.
