First Deputy Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan paid a visit to Turkey

The First Deputy Minister of Defense - Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lieutenant General Sultan Kamaletdinov paid  a working visit to Turkey, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the trip to Ankara, the Kazakh delegation held a series of meetings with key figures of the Turkish defense ministry. Negotiations took place with the Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler, and General Metin Gürak, Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces,

Both sides emphasized the positive dynamics of the partnership and the importance of mutual visits as a reflection of the strategic dialogue between the two countries.

During the visit, Lieutenant General Kamaletdinov also met with Kazakhstani cadets studying at higher military educational institutions in Turkey. The delegation paid special attention to visiting the facilities of the Turkish defense industry, where modern equipment and production capabilities were showcased.
