Fireworks dedicated to 80th anniversary of Great Victory to be launched in Astana

On May 9, festive fireworks will be held in Astana, timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, El.kz reports.
The fireworks will begin at 10:00 p.m and will be launched from two sites - the Botanical Garden and the territory next to the Atyrau Bridge.
In addition to fireworks, over 100 events are held in Astana, timed to coincide with the celebration of May 7 - Defender of the Fatherland Day and May 9 - Victory Day.
The program includes concerts, theatrical performances, scientific conferences, thematic hours in educational institutions and other events.
